ComDisDome and Linguistics and Language Behavior Abstracts (LLBA) :

ComDisDome database is an indexing and abstracting tool covering the communications disorders literature, with focus on speech-language pathology and audiology. Quickly identify and connect to reliable information from multiple sources , including journal articles and books, along with access to profiles of researchers working in this area.

Linguistics and Language Behavior Abstracts (LLBA) database abstracts and indexes the international literature in linguistics and related disciplines in the language sciences. The database covers all aspects of the study of language including phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax and semantics. Documents indexed include journal articles, book reviews, books, book chapters, dissertations and working papers.


The ERIC (Educational Resources Information Center) database is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education to provide extensive access to educational-related literature. ERIC provides coverage of journal articles, conferences, meetings, government documents, theses, dissertations, reports, audiovisual media, bibliographies, directories, books and monographs.

Indian Literature Database on Communication Disorders

The Indian Literature on Communication Disorders (ILCD) has been developed as a research project funded by the All India Institute of Speech and Hearing (AIISH), Mysuru under AIISH Research Fund (ARF). The database indexes the scientific publications on communication disorders published in the country in the form of Journal articles, Books, Book Chapters and Conference Papers.  The database does not include the studies conducted in the country, but published with foreign publishers.


J-Gate is a bibliographic database of journal literature, indexed from nearly 50,000 e-journals with links to full text of AIISH subscribed e-journals and free e-journals published by 12,210 Publishers.

PubMed :

PubMed comprises more than 23 million citations for biomedical literature from MEDLINE, life science journals, and online books. Citations may include links to full-text content from PubMed Central and publisher web sites.

The collection spans 1956 to the present.

Thieme MedOne ComSci is a full text database on audiology and speech language pathology that contains e-books( 1400 Pages), peer reviewed surgical procedures (166 nos), images & videos (7000 nos).
